Host family charter

Every host family of We Made Room commits to this charter. Read it, then sign it.

1. I welcome the student as a member of the household, with respect and kindness, whatever their origin, religion or way of life.
2. My profile, my photos and the services I declare are true, and I keep them up to date.
3. I agree with the student on where and when we meet on the day of arrival, from what they say in the arrival form.
4. The room is clean, furnished and ready on arrival, with the services declared on my profile.
5. I answer requests within 48 hours, and I host the student who chooses me once I have accepted.
6. I am paid only through We Made Room, and never ask the student for money.
7. I tell We Made Room of any change of address or of the adults living at home.
8. I keep the student's personal information to myself.
9. In an emergency, I first call the emergency services of the country, whose numbers are on the emergency sheet of the stay, then the student's institution if they have one.
