About We Made Room
We Made Room connects international students with host families, booked online by the students themselves or by the institutions that welcome them.
A word from the founder
I made We Made Room so that a student from abroad and a family with a spare room find each other simply, and know every rule before either says yes. The site does the rest on its own: the payments, the reminders, the refunds.

What we do
We check the families, publish the catalogue, collect the payments and pay the families. The contract of each stay binds the student and the family: We Made Room is not a party to it, and handles no emergency.
Every rule (length, price, cancellation, early departure) is written before anyone books, and applied the same way for everyone.
The name
"We made room": what a host family does for a student. Our tagline says the rest: There's always room for one more.
